Alan Slater is a leader in the banking industry. He has worked extensively with leading industry organizations including BITS, the New York Bankers’ Association, the Financial Services Technology Consortium, the New York Clearing House, SafeCheck, the Electronic Funds Transfer association, NACHA, and the American Bankers Association.

Through his consulting company, Alan Slater Consulting, LLC, Alan combines creative, traditional and cutting-edge solutions for strategic and tactical planning, problem identification and measurement, quantitative analysis, custom design of automated and manual systems solutions, re-engineering, new product design and development, and training for the financial services industry.
