Robin Slade is a Senior Consultant with The Santa Fe Group.

Robin works with The Santa Fe Group’s clients, CEO and consultants as an expert in financial services fraud reduction. Robin provides The Santa Fe Group with expertise in such areas as identity theft, phishing and consumer loan fraud. Robin is exceptionally knowledgeable about online banking and e-commerce issues.

Robin formerly managed BITS’ flagship Fraud Reduction Program, including managing the activities of the Program’s nine working groups. Among her accomplishments are publishing a series of best practices related to phishing and other e-scams and launching forums on key industry topics related to fraud reduction. Robin served as an industry and media spokesperson for the Program, educating the public, the industry, and regulators about this exceptional resource and its good works.

Before joining BITS in December of 1999, Robin was an entrepreneur for ten years, and she has held various management positions. Robin holds a BS in Business and Management, a BS in Computer Studies, and an MS in e-Commerce from the University of Maryland.
