Scott M. Littleton

Scott Littleton is an innovative security professional with extensive experience in global risk management, program development, and third party oversight.

Skilled in technical security and control evaluations, Scott served as an information security executive with JPMorgan Chase for more than ten years. Most recently, he was global lead for third party oversight, managing teams overseeing outsourcing relationships and performing control reviews. Among his contributions, Scott helped transform the company’s security-based review process into a comprehensive third-party oversight program.

While at JPMorgan, Scott also served as an information risk manager and an information systems audit specialist. Prior to working in financial services, Scott was a senior auditor with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, where he performed general systems control, program change control, security, and system development reviews.

Scott holds a number of certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He earned his BA in accounting from Loyola College and holds an MS from the University of Baltimore, with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
