Joyce Crawshaw

Joyce Crawshaw is a client relations manager with The Santa Fe Group. Joyce uses her expertise in customer service, sales and marketing and project management, as well as her technical expertise, to build program participation and ensure client satisfaction in all Santa Fe Group programs. Joyce works primarily with existing and prospective members of the Shared Assessments Program and the Santa Fe Group Vendor Council.

Joyce has extensive experience in business development, relationship building and sales and marketing, both as an entrepreneur and working for high-tech and retail firms. As a systems engineer at Newbridge Networks in Framingham, Massachusetts, Joyce developed and implemented a critical communications network for the City of Boston. She also proposed and won a bid to provide cellular service for the Chinese government. Prior to Newbridge, Joyce was a principal network consultant with Computer Task Group. There she directed technology migration and implemented processes to streamline and automate the company's field sales program.

Earlier in her career, Joyce served in technical sales for a data and voice service provider implementing voice and data networks, and as a network consultant implementing networks for financial services, insurance firms, and government agencies.
